windows installer problems

Whenever I access Juno e-mail, the Windows Installer pop-
up window appears and tries to install Office. I also get
a Windows Installer pop-up trying to install Norton
System Works 2003 when I try to acess Systemworks. Is
there anyway to keep the popup from appearing without
preventing a new program from being installed?

Usually this is handled by letting it finish what it wants to do, all the
way to the end; or, alternately, you can intentionally do a repair reinstall
of Office and an over-install of Norton.
