windows installer opens

when I open outlook 07 my windows installer opens like it's installing all
over again. When I try linking to my hotmail account it says I need to have
version 2007 installed to use connector. When I check to see if it's
registered with Microsoft it says my program is already registered. I don't
know how to fix this...any help?

I do let it finish, it does it every time. When it does finish I try to
install the connector to get my hotmail account and it says I need version
2007. I ran the diagnostics it says I have a conflicting outlook program,
which is Outlook Express that is in my XP program. Do I have to delete it? If
so how?

What happens if you allow the installer to finish? Have you tried running
office diagnostics?

Outlook Express is not the problem. Did you upgrade to Outlook 2007? If so,
did you uninstall the old version of outlook before upgrading? That is most
likely causing the problems.

Outlook Express was the only Outlook program listed in my files.
