Have a Windows 2000 user who has a problem with a stubborn
Windows Installer problem. When starting up or trying to
access the internet, Installer runs trying to install a
3rd party program (Voloview Express) from a temporary
directory. Asks for "voloviewexpress.msi" file that
doesn't exist. I've added to the program to 2 other
machines and the msi file doesn't write to disk anywhere.
Tried deleting and re-installing Voloview to no avail as
well. Error message just keeps popping up. Can this be
turned off or deleted?
