Windows Installer after I delete a Program

I delete a program that came with my pc, cause i dont use it.
I delete it in Program Files not in Control Panel. But its still appear in my list of programs in Control Panel, and every time i acces any folder in my pc a small window appear ( Windows Installer) trying to install the program i just delete. Please Help
 
If you have the disk the program came from, re-install it and then remove it
via it's own uninstall utility. If it doesn't have one go to add-remove in
Control Panel and remove it from there. Simply deleting a file does not
uninstall a program.
