I have reinstalled Windows Installer 3.1 and still no luck in solving my
problem.

Trying to install the Ratatoulli game and it keeps wanting to install my
Canon printer easy photo print utility.

Has anyone had success in solving the Installer problem? What do you think
about using the Installer Cleanup Utility?

The installer cleanup utility is what I would try.
