windows installation service cannot be accessed error

I get an error message "windows installation service
cannot be accessed" when I'm trying to install Norton
system works. Everything seems to be in the right place.
Any ideas ?

Ken, go to Control Panel>AdminTools>Services>Scroll down to Windows
Installer and make sure it's
Started.
