Could some one give me the nuts and bolts of how windows
is used by non-english speakers. For example, is there a
special spanish windows version or is it the same windows
software I have, but with a setting so that the menus are
in spanish instead of english. I want to be able to
install a US written application on a machine in argentina
that has windows. Thanks for info.

Hi,

There's something called a Multilanguage User Interface (MUI) that can be
installed on any English install of 2000 and then you just select the
language (after it's installed) in regional properties and it does an
amazing job at making the whole OS appear in that language
