Techies,

This isn't really a big deal you all techies: I've tried
to edit my pix in the Imaging prog. in my Win2k computer.
Actually, I tried adding a note onto the pix(and I knew
the whole process and everything) except that I couldn't
and still don't know how to reduce the size of cursor in
the "note box" _ so I can write in smaller letters. I've
adjusted the font size to the smallest possible(8). So,
how would you techies adjust the size of the cursor in
the "Note Box" in Win2k Imaging program?

Hey Mark,
When I right-click my .jpeg file(pix), select Open, and
click on Imaging.....to open my pix on floppy disk. I
tried to do some simple editing on my pix: like attaching
the a note, but the letters are too big. I couldn't make
the cursor any smaller.

That sounds a lot like the the built-in Kodak Imaging For Windows.
Check the Help, About screen. JMO but it's not worth using.
Option one: get a real graphics program. Many available (some even
free) and I have no specific recommendation. Some listed here (but
there are many others)
http://lists.gpick.com/pages/Graphics_Tools.htm

Option two: Try using Paint (also included). From the Open With
listing select "Microsoft Paint". If that is suitable then just next
time check the box to Always use this program to open these files.

I don't really understand "attaching a note". One can paste text
into the image.

Hi Al,

Although the "Size" list box found in the various Font dialog boxes offered in
Imaging shows 8 as the smallest font size possible, you can manually type in a
smaller number.
