Hi Sandy.
First of all, please don't type your messages in all capital letters. It's
hard to read and on the Internet, it's considered "shouting."
To answer your question, you should leave those alone unless you are having
a specific problem that you believe is caused by one of those fixes. The
'hotfixes' come from the Windows Update site from Microsoft. Your computer
is probably configured to download and install these automatically. The
updates fix problems that are discovered with Windows after the product has
already been shipped.
