Windows hidden account

hi
i heard that there is an account in windows which is hidden
and has administrator privilege ..
is this true ? if yes what is it ?? and how to use ?

There is no Sekrit Hidden Account in Windows. There is a built-in
Administrator account that is normally not visible in XP Home Edition.
To access it, you start the computer in Safe Mode. In XP Pro, the
built-in Administrator account will not be shown on the Welcome Screen
after a second account with administrative privileges is created. The
built-in Administrator account should only be used as an emergency
fail-safe.

i think this account does exist
and it has special way bywich we can gain access ..
Some one told me that i have to write some thing in the logon box
i don't know exactly what is it but it is some thing like a script
contains "$ and # " and and it is related to the null session :(
