Windows Help and Support Unable to connect online

Hello! I have done a clean install of Vista SP1, still many issues, but I
just noticed that the "Help and Support" feature is unable to find the
online connection even though I am connected and when I run "Detect and
repair", it says everything is fine. No doubt there's an easy fix, but I've
scoured the internet, tech support, and forums without luck, so I'm posting
this here. Sure hope someone can help--this is very frustrating. (So what
else is new with Vista???)

Any help out there?

May be a server problem, for once I just tried the site and got the same
message, and like you I find everything else working.
