when starting xp pro. no icon except time and time stops on task bar, hour glass when in task bar. sometimes it will work sometines a few restart before it works, can anyone help!!!!!!
This is the consequence of a damaged Windows Explorer (explorer.exe).
To correct the fault, Explorer needs to be replaced. If turning off the
..exe file via the Task Manager and turning it back on does not work,
a new copy needs to be taken from the i386 folder. For details, please
