When I try starting my computer, it always hangs at the
blue screen with the Windows XP logo that appears just
before the user accounts are displayed. The accounts are
never displayed and I therefore cannot log onto the
computer. The problem even occurs in Safemode. I have
tried reinstalling Windows. That fixed the problem for a
little while, but then for mysterious purposes it has
reappeared. Also, I copied the application and system
logs and tried viewing them on a different Windows
installation, and it says they are corrupt, but I get no
error messages when I start the computer. Thanks for
your help.
