Windows group / user accounts.

My home machine has Windows XP pro on it, along with accounts built for
myself and my kids. I need to build a group that has restricted login times
for my kid's accounts. Note that my machine is NOT on a domain.

Everyone says that there are MS tools to do this, but I cannot find the
entry point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a method that will prevent them from logging on, outside of
assigned hours, but it won't force them to log off.

You need to look to 3rd party utilities to force the user to log off when
their time window expires.
