Hi and HELP !!!
My computer Stops after 20 min for about 5 sec, after
that it will Freez every minute for 5 sek.
When I try to shut down my computer Windows is not going
down and it takes for ever.
Please Help me I dont know what to do.

To be truthful, that could be anything. So let's go through the normal
troubleshooting anything steps first.
When did this start?
Had you installed anything new right before it started?
(That includes hardware and software.)
How about popups - do you see a lot of them when on the web?
What I would do in your case is the following.
1) Check your system processes (CTRL+ALT+ESC will bring up the task manager)
sorted by CPU and see if anything is taking a lot of the system. If so -
search Google Groups, Google, Microsoft and these newsgroups for what that
is.
2) Uninstall any unneeded software using Add/Remove programs in the Control
Panel.
3) Download, Install, Run, Update and scan with Lavasoft AdAware and SpyBot
Search and Destroy - killing anything they find, or at least quarantining.
4) Do a full system scan (after updating your antivirus software) for any
viruses/trojans with your AntiVirus software. Don't have one - *I* love
Norton/Symantec AntiVirus - but there are many free alternatives out there
that work as well - use a Google search to locate a free AntiVirus software
if you need one.
5) Defragment your hard drive(s), also scan it(them) for errors.
6) Turn on your Firewall (ICF) or download and configure one.
See if any of that helps - if nothing else you will learn a lot about your
PC and all of that should be done periodically for performance maintenance.
