Windows Firewall problem

When I restart my PC the Firewall is allways off.
I start the firewall and reboot the PC but the firewall
is off again... Any hint??

Try using the system config utility run/msconfig
make sure firewall box is checked

Do you have any 3rd party firewall installed?
