Windows Firewall Exceptions configuration

How do you configure the Windows Firewall Exceptions to allow a particular IP
address to access the server? I can map a drive from my local computer to
the server with the firewall off, but that is no solution. Can you recommend
a good website on this topic? Any good books?

Got it. I plugged the IP into the File and Printer Sharing scope.
