Windows Fax not in Home Prem. Any suggestions?

Oh no, Windows Fax is NOT available in Home Premium. When I upgraded from XP
a suddenly discovered that there is NO MORE FAX just when I needed it. Any
suggestions of a fax program to download for vista?
 
Snappy Fax is cheap and works well by all accounts..
