Windows Fax and Picture Viewer Missing

I used to be able to "open" photos with the Windows fax and
Picture Viewer, but it has Vanished. How do I find it again?
 
The problem doesn't fall in this newsgroup's arena. Please try in newsgroups
related to images in Windows 2000 Operating System.
