windows explorer

I am suppose to unzip a downloaded program and then go to
" Windows Explorer" to place it in a program, where is
Windows Explorer? I went to Start, then to All Programs,
could not find what I needed. Please help. Thank You.

On my computer it's listed under
All Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer
