How can the background color in Windows Explorer be changed?
In ADVANCED display properties there appears to be nothing that applies.

Are you talking about Internet Explorer or are you talking about Windows
Explore? You'll notice the two spelling for Explorer or Explore.
 
It is called "Windows Explorer"
