Windows Explorer?

Thanks in advance.

My first complaint about Vista. I often use "Windows Explorer. Now, I
have to rearrange the program to the way that I think that it is useful,
every time I use it. It doesn't remember how I have changed the looks,
ie. width, height, two pane display.....

Is this avoidable?
