Windows Explorer

Hello - I have a silly question. I was cleaning my Explorer (i.e. removing
files and folders) so that I can perform a backup of my machine.

In saying that - I noticed some wording (kind of funny) that displays when I
right click my mouse on a file/folder name. The wording is 'Shred (wash and
bleach).

Does anyone know what this is?

thank you in advance

My guess is that it is some sort of utility that is bundled with some anti
virus programs that will make a permanent deletion of a file so that it cant
be recovered by any software tools. Use this on any files that you delete
that you don't want to be read by anyone if you give your PC away
