Windows Explorer

I just recently upgraded to Windows XP. When I was using Windows ME and
opened up
Windows Explorer it would open up to my "C" drive. I would like it to open
the same way with Windows XP but I can't seem to locate a command for this.

Create a new shortcut and in target field, use :
explorer.exe /e,C:\

OR

explorer.scf
