Hi,
The System will remember the last window size. The Windows Explorer and the
Internet Explorer are treated as the same one at this time.
The behavior is by design. It also works as this in my computer.
So, it's better to set to Max of the Windows Explorer and the Internet
Explorer.

| I'm using W2000P. I set my window size for Windows Explorer and close it.
