Windows Explorer will not open

When I try to open Windows Explorer, My Documents opens
instead.

This is normal. By default, Windows Explorer loads to My Documents. Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer. Right click the Windows Explorer shortcut and select Properties. Change the command line accoring to the following KB Article.

Thanks for the help. This did change it from My
Documents. I guess I haven't gotten used to WIN XP yet,
and am just used to the way it looked with WIN 98.
