windows explorer status bar

Does anyone know how to make the windows explorer status
bar remain permanently? I manage 60 PCs and none of em can
do this? Each new version opened of windows explorer
doesnt have the status bar after putting in on from the
view menu previously.

Press CTRL while you close the Windows Explorer window that has been
configured properly.
