Windows explorer slow

when I right click on a foler or file, there is about a
20 sec delay. Anyone know what the problem may be?

This is not an AD question. Nonetheless, I would look at what's running on
the machine, run an AV scan, an anti-trojan scan and run Adaware to
eliminate any other possibilities of extra stuff running in the background.
