Any way to fix it so I can check files? I have no problems opening files in
my user folder....

Hi,
(Fault Module Name) mozyshell.dll belongs to Mozy Backup.
Disable Mozy, from within the program or perhaps from an icon in the
Notification Area. See if the issue resolves. I took a quick look at
http://mozy.com/support but didn't see anything on your issue. You might
spend some time searching mozy support, or if you're using the paid version,
contact them.

Hope this helps,

Hi I am having a similar problem. When i open certain folders on Vista,
I get a message that windows has stopped working and needs to restart.
Below is the error message:

You should have started your own thread, boo-boo.

That's a totally different problem.
