Windows Explorer shut down

Periodically when I start Internet Expolrer, I get the message" Windows Explorer needs to shut down
I have to go to a restore point to get around it, and after a while I get the same message and can not get back on IE
I let the error messgas send but what can I do to fix this?
 
To eradicate this problem follow the following steps
Double click on my computer
You will get address bar.Type download.com in address bar and download spybot and run it on the computer it will definately fix the problem
Go in add/remove program and check for the programs installed in it and if you find anything wired just unistall it.
