Windows Explorer - Setting Default Folder

Is there a way to have Windows Explorer open up in a folder of my choosing?
Right now it always opens up in the My Documents folder. Thanks.

Yes. For example, if you want to open to the c: root directory in folder view, you would use this shortcut:

explorer /e, c:\
