Is there a way to set up Windows Explorer so that it shows the date an
Internet Shortcut was CREATED instead of Accessed?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut
Infotip = prop:Name;Type;Access

Edit Access to:
Create for Date Created or
Write for Date Modified or
Create;Write for both
