Windows Explorer popup menu item

Is there a way to add the Search utility to Windows Explorer right-click?

For example, right-click a file folder then from the standard popup menu,
click Search to launch the Search utility.

Hi E,

Search should already be a menu option when you right click a folder. It's
in the upper section of the context menu.
