Windows Explorer missing from C:\

I cannot find Windows Explore==== clk start, allprograms, accessories, no
command prompts available and ther is no Windows Explorer section, what
happened to it ?? Or am I just stupid and the whole program list is Windows
Explorer?? Please help an idiot,Thanx,

what happens if you use Windows key + E as a 2 key combination.
if explorer comes up , it is there somewhere.
you might have accidentally drag to a different folder.

Try right click on Start see if there is Explore.

use this 2 key step.
windows key + e
to see if explorer comes up.
if it does, then you know it is there somewhere..
