sometimes i get this message

close.we are sorry for the inconvenience

i have win xp pro sp1 full updated -from scan engine-

is it related with spyware? if not whats the solution to
dissapear the message?

gdiplus is the new windows graphics program interface.
Version number looks ok.
Maybe a legit application crash, what was running at the time ?
Perhaps DrWatson has some info
