Windows Explorer Freezes

Please advise if you can. When I right click on any file
in windows explorer or the task bar I get the hour glass
and nothing else ever happens. I have to shut down the
program in the task manager or reboot every time this
happens.

Click Control/Alt/Delete - When the Windows Task Manager
dialog box appears, select the File menu and then New
Task (Run). When the Create New Task dialog box appears,
type in Explorer and press the OK button. Windows
Explorer should restart complete with the Start button.
