Windows Explorer folders with blue print

Some of the folders in 'my computer' have blue print
explaining the name of the relevant folder, instead of
the usual black. How do I fix it or what does it mean??

They are compressed folders.
Click HELP & SUPPORT, and type that term - for an explanation.
