When I right click on a folder in windows explorer and
select the properties option, the size, numer of files
and subfolders displays 0. It used to display the size
and the contents of the folder. Can someone help me
figure out how to fix this option so that I can get
accurate values?

Thank you!

This information is from a previous post by MVP Doug Knox to someone who was
experiencing this behavior.

"Click Start, Run and enter SERVICES.MSC Go to World Wide Web Publishing.
Double click this entry and select Stop. See if Folder properties can be
accessed. If so, restart the service and try again. If you can't access
folder properties after stopping and restarting the WWW service, go to
Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components and remove and reinstall Internet
Information Services."

This worked to resolve the problem in this case.
