Windows Explorer files in blue text!

Some files in some folder are displayed in blue text.
Does anyone know why?

They are compressed files...similar to Zip files. If you wish to remove the
color;
Control Panel->Folder Options->View->Uncheck "Show encrypted or compressed
NTFS files in color"
