Windows Explorer Default Start Up

Is there anyway to configure Windows Explorer to start up
with the "Folders" option as the default? In other words,
when I open up Windows Explorer I always immediately click
on the "Folders" icon in the Menu bar. That gives me a
two pane view of the directory and helps me to move files
between the different folders and between the Hard drives
and CD-RW. This there anyway to setup Windows Explorer so
that it alway opens up in this two pane view as the
default?

Edit the shortcut's "Target" to read
%systemroot%\explorer.exe /e,D:\
Where D:\ is the drive and or directory you wish to expand.

It Works! Thanks a heap.
