Well you've done it again, not only is IE7 full of junk you don't need and
slows your comp down at every turn but you've made it tons harder to get to
our files. I don't want to goto "My Documents" or "User Name" I want the dang
thing to open to C:\ showing my tree and everything that goes along with it.
Don't make me click 4 or 5 times just to get where I want to be. That
ignorant Links window is nothing but a user of space, show the tree and it's
not needed at all, you'll see those same folders. All this BS hipe about how
this is to make things better, give you more viewable pages, well boys it
does just the opposite, it takes up room in my app for no reason, I cannot
eliminate it and recover the wasted space used by tabs or windows explorer
link window. You are never going to convince me that arranging the toolbars
so there's only one single line including the address bar uses more space
than that stupid firefox clone you've put out. sure there's alot of folks who
shouldn't even go into windows explorer but some of us know what the heck
were doing (well most of the time) and we don't need MS holding our hands
telling us what we can and cannot see on our own computer. If you're going to
clone crap like firefox, Linux and MacOSX then perhaps I should just go buy
those and cut out the middle man. After seeing and using this latest example
of Microsoft's best I know why Bill is leaving I would run too.
