Does it log any kind of event in either the system or application log when
this happens? If so post it here and it may give us a clue.
You might also try booting into safe mode and seeing if you can reproduce
the problem there. If not then it's likely something loading on startup.
If it's something loading on startup you can use MSCONFIG (Start -> Run ->
MSCONFIG) to selectively enable/disable items on the startup tab until you
can figure out which item specifically is causing the crashes.
