When I select an .mov file, explorer keeps crashing. I don't even have to
double-click it. I uninstalled and installed Quicktime and it didnt work. I
uninstalled Quicktime and installed Quicktime Alternative and it didnt work.
MOV is the only file that crashes Explorer.

Hi Michael,

Write down the verbatim error message you see, and post that back here.
You said you do not even have to double-click the file for the "crash" to
occur. In that case, what was going on & what did you select "immediately
before" the "crash"?
