Windows Explorer crashes

Right-clicking on .zip file causes windows explorer to
crash. Right clicking all other files is OK.

Appreciate any help with this...
 
Hi Geoff,

Go to Start > Run and type:
regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll
regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

If still no joy:
try to uninstall and reinstall Winzip.

zipgenius is the problem. It's not compatible with Winzip.

He has to update ZipGenius to v5.5.1.330 (maybe he has also to
uninstall any previous version and reboot before installing the new
one).

.... And ZipGenius is PKZip standard compliant, WinZip 9 isn't: AES
encryption applied to single zipped file is not standard.
