I have been having problems with my Windows Exploerer and
the Printing and Faxing Window. SOmetimes when I just
open it, Windows Explorer crashes, other times, it is
just when I am trying to add a printer on an IP port.
WHich is what I need to do. I have even tried using the
HP Jet DIrect installation software and when it gets to
the point of adding the printer, it crashes too. I
upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro to try and fix the
problem. I also have removed any viruses on my PC, so
that is not it either. Is there any way to uninstall
printing services in WIndows XP, then re-install them?
Please help. THank you.
