Windows Explorer and CD's

Greetings. I am using XP Pro, with all of the latest service packs and
updates, whatever they are. I have two Sony CDRW drives. After I boot, I
can access both drives just fine. After several hours, I open Windows
Explorer and open either CD drive. Windows Explorer responds with a message
box for me to insert media into the drive. The media is in the drive. The
only way I have found around this so far is to re-boot.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Grant

Try this: "How to Troubleshoot Issues with Reading CD, CD-R, CD-RW,
and DVD Discs" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=321641).
