Hi!

When I open the Windows Experience Index under Performance Infomation in
Control Panel, the window contains almost nothing. The only thing that shows
up is "Rate and improve your computer's performance", and the date for Last
rating.
My installation of Windows Ultimate is not yet activated, but it has still
24 days to go before activating.

Anyone has seen this before?

TIA
Ulf

Hi again!

Forget the question, by searching this newsgroup I found the solution (using
GPEDIT)

Thanks.

Hi, it's me again...

By changing values in GPEDIT.MSC, the Windows Experience Index reappeared,
but when I try to refresh the index, I get the following error-message:
"Cannot complete the requested assessment. This system does not have the
necessary multi-media support to run the requested assessment."

But my system had the necessary support in the first place...

So what's going on?
