Windows Experience Index Aero

I am unclear why my windows Aero would be 4.6 while my gaming graphics would
be 4.9 add to that these are the two lowest numbers for the whole set.
???
 
The ratings both relate to your graphic card to improve rating upgrade
graphic card!!!
