Windows Event Logs Help!!!!

Hi there

I am trying to find out where Microsoft has put the Evnt Logs as I have One Crashed Comp with XP Home on it and do not want to reinstall again. I am going to use WinPE to check out the log but am not to sure which folders they would be in
