Windows EMail Client Using VIM?

Greetings:

I'm looking for a Windows based email client that will let me use VIM
as my editor. I have Pegasus Mail, but that doesn't let me choose an
editor. Any suggestions? Thanks.

There is a guy who wrote scripts to extend vim, so vim itself is
an email client!
